Karen founded HomeLink for Seniors in 1996. Karen has been an active and concerned member of the geriatric care community in Contra Costa County since 1991. Before creating Home Link, Karen held many administrative positions in Assisted Living communities, and in her work she recognized the great need for family members to have guidance and assistance in making the very difficult decision of care home placement.

Karen continues to work personally with her clients and is committed to addressing the growing needs and concerns of the geriatric health community.

 For many years Cathy enjoyed working as a recreational therapist serving primarily seniors at local hospitals and rehabilitation units. Cathy enjoyed being part of the large care team that helped seniors to regain their function level to return home or to move to a more appropriate care setting.

Cathy has also worked in many non profit community organizations, including those that provided counseling and community education, and has been an active volunteer in her community. Cathy's compassion and commitment is immediately apparent as she continues to help seniors and their families find quality care and other support services in Contra Costa County.
